We had a wonderful surprise during our stay at Serenti Hotel Saipan. The room was spartan but very comfortable and clean, with an excellent shower and modern air conditioning. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and shopping, yet surprisingly quiet. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay even better. Free covered parking and secure entry added to the convenience. we highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Saipan.

The hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is fantastic, right in downtown, with the main road leading to the Galleria and the popular "I Love Saipan" store just across. Additionally, there are plenty of dining options nearby, including the convenient Bubba Gump Shrimp restaurant. The convenience continues with the hotel's own indoor car parking facility. While it may not be the most romantic spot and can be a little noisy, it more than makes up for it in convenience. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms are equipped with basic amenities and feature balconies, adding a nice touch to the overall experience. Plus, breakfast is provided, making mornings hassle-free. In terms of improvement, all was more than satisfactory.

Had a great weekend! The luxurious towels and pillows were a plus. The location was central, perfect for shopping, and there are some great restaurants around. I also loved that the check-in and check-out was quick and easy.

There was a terrible smell coming from the bathroom drains. , the internet was super slow, which was a bummer, especially if you need to do some work while you're away.

The towels were plush and the bed was comfy enough for a good night's rest. We appreciated the free bottled water and the electric kettle in the room. the beach nearby was absolutely stunning and we loved watching the sunset in the clear blue skies. We also enjoyed the nearby restaurants that offered great options for dining.

Our romantic escape fell flat due to a few issues. the Wifi was spotty and, as someone who works online, this was a big problem for me.

This hotel is super convenient! It's right in front of the "I Love Saipan" shop and only minutes away from the Thursday street market and American Memorial Park. The rooftop garden is lovely, and the toiletries are great.

This hotel truly stands out among its budget counterparts in Saipan. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, with a good amount of lighting to create a welcoming atmosphere. I had a great stay at this hotel, as it had some of the best hotel facilities I've come across. The hotel's location right in downtown was extremely convenient, especially since it was in front of the "I Love Saipan" shop and next to the Bubba Gump Shrimp restaurant. I was able to easily explore the city, enjoy some great food, and do some shopping as well. Additionally, the hotel's parking was a major plus, as I was able to keep my car safe and secure during my entire stay.
